    • Safe Personalised Postpartum Training Programs tailored to your goals, any contraindications you may have from pregnancy/birth, training experience, equipment you have access to, your body’s current abilities and needs, as well as what can reasonably fit in with your New Mum lifestyle.

    • Personalised Nutrition Guides customised with your personal food preferences, for greater enjoyment, that can be adjusted as needed over the 10 weeks, to support your goals and your New Mum needs; may that be with breastfeeding or non-breastfeeding supportive nutrition.

    • 4 x 30min Video Consults when needed over the 10 weeks, for the extra emotional support and connection all New Mums need. Additional support, closer connection and to address everything that can affect and improve your health, fitness, strength, physique and emotional well-being.

    • Weekly email “check in” with Kirsty for regular support, to manage your progress, and keep your results advancing.

  • • This product is ideal for ALL postpartum women, as the Training Program and Nutrition Plan is tailored for YOU! If you have any contraindications from pregnancy and childbirth (concerns with pelvic floor, abdominal wall, pelvic pain, wrist pain, knee pain), the program will be designed with these in mind.

    • Women who want a coach who is also a mother (of multiple children) who genuinely understands the difficulties, time constraints, energy levels (or limited energy levels) and obstacles that come with implementing an improved health/strength/wellness program into their busy mum lives, and who has realistic expectations of what is achievable as a New Mum.
